I am a grade 10 student who loves reading, writing, anime, and manga, among other things. I pretty quiet around strangers, but I become more sociable once I get to know them. As mentioned before, I think 98% percent of TV is stupid. The only 2% of TV that I honestly like is the amazing TV show The West Wing. My dad has all seven seasons on DVD. I swear to god, if all TV was like The West Wing, I would watch TV for the rest of my life. As for movies, I like them a lot more than TV. I can’t watch anything gory, horrific, scary, or disturbing. So movies like Saw and the Watchmen? A big no-no for me. I have an avid imagination, so I’m pretty sure that most of my nightmares are induced from movies that I know I shouldn’t have watched. I like romance movies, action movies, and adventure movies. Comedies are good too, but I don’t like stupid funny. Concering anime (which I put into the TV section), I really like Rurouni Kenshin, Full Metal Alchemist, Fruits Basket, Ouran High School Host Club, Code Geass and a bunch of others, but I won't take up space and name them all.

Anyway, I’m here because I want to start a joint blog. This would involve up to seven people aged 17-21 (I’ve put in limits because I reckon people of similar ages relate to each other more easily, but this isn’t set in stone) each taking one day of the week to post an entry on a shared blog – we’d all communicate via e-mail for a little while beforehand to decide on the username and password together. Heard of the fiveawesomegirls? Well, it’s sort of like that... but, y’know, blogging. The idea is that members would actually get to know each other via the project, along with exercising their writing skills.
Entries would be posted EACH WEEK - the idea is that it's a regular thing. Missing the odd week is fine, of course, but it falls apart when people realise they don’t ever have the time or simply can’t be bothered at all. It’s not a huge commitment by any stretch - there’s no minimum length for each blog, and if you decided just to write a single sentence sometimes then that’d be fine, though hopefully anyone who joins up would have a passion for writing and would usually want to post more than this - but it does mess things up a bit when people decide to completely drop out after a couple of weeks... this happened on my previous attempt, and it sort of sucked. So if you want to do this, make sure you, er, want to do this.

About Me: Okay. Hmm. Well, I'm the oldest of three, and the mother of none. I moved recently cross country for school, and am looking to expand my horizons further through penpals! Oh, I like watching foreign dramas as well. Prince's First Love, Devil Beside You, Hana Kimi, all versions, Hana Yori Dango, the Butterfly Lovers, which is as of now on ep. 6.
